Refund Policy

Within 14 days of signing, our policy will go into effect. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange because the item has probably already been used.
Citichop promises that all purchases on citichop.com will make you happy.
Please note that returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or was sent by mistake. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct.
The cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Take a photo of the damaged or defective item(s) clearly showing the problem.

You will be refunded the full purchase price, including applicable sales tax, if the returned item(s) are received in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Used items returned to us may be refused at our discretion.

Check your bank account first if you have not already done so.

Then you should contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post.

Next, contact your financial institution. It may take some time for a refund to appear in your account while it is being processed.

Any item that has been altered from its original condition, is missing components, or has been damaged for reasons not due to our negligence.

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund, only regular priced items.

Promo codes must be entered during the checkout process; the subtotal should then update once you click the “Apply” button.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the price.

Only one promo code is allowed per order.

Retroactive use of discount codes is not allowed.

You have only 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Orders that have already been executed for more than 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
